- Anonymous User Identification: Users are identified using an anonymized UUID (Universally Unique Identifier). We do not collect names, email addresses, IP addresses, or personal identification numbers.
- Device Information: Technical details such as device model, operating system version, and language settings, to ensure compatibility and performance.
- Scan and Image Data: When using the scanning feature, images of trading cards and related visual data may be temporarily processed to identify the card and provide results. Images are not used for advertising purposes and may be stored briefly to improve recognition accuracy.
- Chat and AI Interaction Data: When you use the chat or AI assistant feature, the content of your questions, messages, and generated responses may be processed to provide answers and improve response quality. These interactions are anonymized and not linked to personal identifiers.
- Usage Data: Aggregate data about how the App is used (e.g., features accessed, session duration) to improve functionality and user experience. This data does not personally identify you.
- Payment and Subscription Data: If you purchase premium features through the App Store, Apple processes all payments securely. We do not have access to your credit card or billing details. We may receive transaction identifiers, product IDs, and subscription status updates from Apple to manage your access to paid content.
2. Use of Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- To Operate and Improve the App: To provide scanning, identification, chat, and collection management features and enhance their accuracy and performance.
- To Improve AI Recognition and Responses: Images, chat messages, and recognition data may be analyzed to improve our AI-based identification and conversational models.
- To Maintain Security and Prevent Abuse: To detect and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized use of the App.
- To Provide Support: To respond to support requests or subscription-related inquiries.
3. Sharing of Information
We do not sell or rent your data to third parties. Information may be shared only in the following cases:
- Service Providers: We may use trusted partners for hosting, analytics, or AI recognition. These partners process data on our behalf under confidentiality agreements.
- AI Processing: Card scan images and chat data may be temporarily shared with third-party AI services to perform card recognition and generate responses. These providers are required to handle data securely and in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or in response to valid legal requests.
4. Data Retention
Scan images, chat logs, and related metadata are retained only for the time necessary to perform recognition, generate responses, and improve the service. Anonymized analytics data may be retained for statistical purposes. Payment and subscription metadata are kept as required by applicable financial and legal obligations.
5. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access or disclosure. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

- Right to Rectification: Request corrections to inaccurate or incomplete data.
